Dymet Alloys specialise in the production of Tungsten Carbide Hard Metal Products.
Established in 1952 Dymet Alloys offer an extensive range of both ISO standard and special Cobalt & Nickel binder tungsten carbide alloy grades to meet our customers individual requirements and specifications for both cylindrical and flat sintered and finished ground wear part components and assemblies. The tungsten carbide grade powders including sub-micron grades are blended and processed in house using top quality raw materials to ensure a high product quality is maintained. Individual components can be produced by automatic pressing, isostatic pressing and customised shaping and sintered using conventional vacuum or sinter- HIP furnaces to control the metallurgical quality. Dymet Alloys offer technical advice and guidance with grade selection, product design and application and follow strict quality procedures. Dymet Alloys are ISO 9001:2000 Accredited allowing full traceability and certification.
