Company Overview

Engineers providing first operation machining services to the forging industry. Specifically to rough machine forged shafts to the high specifications required for ultra-sonic testing and heat treatment prior to finish machining.
This aspect of the business is our core business, however the company has developed rapidly, and now also offers a service reclaiming and rebuilding forging hammers by a process of welding, then machining, particularly for GFM forging machines.
The turning side of the business has also extended so that we can now rough machine shafts, castings and bars from any source provided that they are within our capacity.
